We provide a full-range of advice and counsel on strategic planning and implementation, operations, hiring, and governance.

We know that leadership is hard, and leadership during these challenging times is even harder. Leveraging Marisa’s experience starting and running The Pink Agenda, My Brother’s Keeper, and Supportal, as well as time spent managing people and projects in the White House, we provide practical coaching for non-profit leaders and managers. Our coaching centers on empathy and effectiveness. If we want people to follow us, we need to show them we understand where they are coming from. Coaching services include organizational efficiency, prioritization, crisis management, executive communications, staffing and support strategies, and relationship development.

We are committed to helping organizational leaders develop strategies that center on racial equity and access to opportunity. We believe authenticity is critical in implementing racial equity work. We create programming that leads with awareness building and education; transitions to internal culture and policy change; and lastly drives external investments in organizations and leaders who are leading anti-racism work across the country.
